PDI Security Systems("PDI," "we," "our," or "us") is afamily-owned security company headquartered in Reno, Nevada, founded in 1964.We operate pdisecurity.com (our primary website) and the RVMP Flex SecurityCoverage Visualizer at pdi-flex-tool.vercel.app (collectively, the"Site").

This Privacy Policy describeswhat information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how weuse and protect that information, and the choices available to you. Byaccessing or using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

A.  Information You Provide Directly

When you contact us, request aquote, submit a form, or use the Coverage Visualizer, we may collect:

•      Use case and number of sites needing coverage

B.  Coverage Visualizer — Additional Data

When you use the Flex SecurityCoverage Visualizer tool, we additionally collect:

•      Deployment address entered for satellite mapvisualization

•      Geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude)automatically derived from your address via the Google Maps Geocoding API

•      Flex unit model selections and coverage layout youconfigure on the map

C.  Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the Site, our webhosting infrastructure and third-party services may automatically collectcertain technical information, including:

•      IP address and approximate geographic location(city/region level)

•      Browser type, version, and operating system

•      Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs

•      Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)

The Coverage Visualizer usesGoogle Maps APIs. When you enter an address, that data is transmitted to Googlefor geocoding and map rendering, subject to Google’sPrivacy Policy. Google may process this data according to its ownpractices.

We may disclose information ifrequired by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe ingood faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, orsafety of PDI, our customers, or the public.

Lead information submittedthrough the Coverage Visualizer is retained in our CRM until the sales inquiryis resolved or you request deletion. Web analytics data is retained per thestandard policies of the analytics provider.
