AI handles scale and speed; people handle judgment. The services layer of the Flex Security platform combines durable cloud recording, remote management, and human monitoring so that detection actually leads to response.
Cloud video recording (FSI CVR)
Flex Security units record to the cloud rather than relying solely on local storage that can be stolen or destroyed along with the hardware. FSI CVR provides retained, searchable footage — typically 30 days of unlimited storage per unit — accessible remotely through the FSI interface. Off-site recording is a deliberate resilience choice: the evidence survives even if the unit is attacked.
Remote Management Services (RMS)
RMS covers the operational health of the fleet — monitoring power generation and consumption, system status, and connectivity, and managing units remotely from anywhere. For an unstaffed deployment, RMS is what keeps the unit running and catches a power or connectivity problem before it becomes a coverage gap.
Live-agent monitoring
On top of the AI, Flex Security offers 24/7/365 live-agent monitoring — and notably, RVMP staffs it in-house rather than outsourcing. When the AI flags an event, a trained agent can verify it, use the talk-down speaker to intervene, trigger deterrence, and escalate to authorities. Up-to-24-hour remote-guard plans are available for complete coverage.
Why it matters
The combination — AI detection, cloud-retained evidence, remote system management, and human verification — is what lets a single trailer credibly replace a guard on a remote lot, at a fraction of the cost of a live on-site guard while delivering faster, verified response.
