RVMP's flagship mobile surveillance unit — a self-powered, AI-monitored security trailer that deploys full deterrence and 24/7 eyes anywhere a fixed camera can't go.

The Flex Security Alpha, built by RV Mobile Power (RVMP) in Elkhart, Indiana, represents a different category from the fixed panels and cameras elsewhere in this library: a complete, self-contained, relocatable surveillance platform on a trailer. Where running power and network to a remote lot is impractical, the Alpha simply rolls in and goes to work.

Self-sufficient power

The Alpha generates its own power and runs 24/7/365. It combines an RVMP Flex Power 2800i dual-fuel generator (with dual standard LP tanks) and 880W of solar — four 220W bifacial panels — feeding 600Ah of battery storage with built-in heaters. Wireless LP monitors alert when fuel runs low, and shore power is available as an option. The point is autonomy: the unit doesn't depend on the site having power.

Deterrence and surveillance

For eyes and presence, the Alpha carries 360° PTZ cameras with 325x optical zoom and infrared night vision to roughly 200 meters, a 30W speaker for live talk-down and event-triggered audio, and a lighting package of two flood lights and six strobes delivering 360° lighting out to about 1,300 feet. Cameras, lights, and audio work together: detect a threat, illuminate it, announce it, and record it.

Connectivity and management

The unit is 5G- and Wi-Fi-capable on unlimited carrier plans (T-Mobile, Verizon, with Starlink available), stores 30 days of footage, and is managed remotely through the Flex Security Intelligence (FSI) platform. It carries a 3-year warranty and weighs roughly 2,100 lbs with a mast extending up to 27 feet.

Where it fits

The Alpha is purpose-built for vehicle and equipment lots, construction sites, municipal and commercial properties, parking, events, and any location where rapid-deploy, self-powered surveillance beats a permanent install — proactive deterrence under the banner "stop crime before it happens."
