DMP Dealer Admin & Entré

Behind every DMP account is a management layer, and DMP offers two depending on the scope of the work.

Dealer Admin

Dealer Admin is DMP's cloud dealer portal — the day-to-day tool for managing accounts and panels remotely. From it, PDI can program and update XR150/550 and XTLplus/XTLtouch panels, manage Com Series communicators, and update XT30/50 panels (at the required hardware level), over network or cellular. Firmware can be pushed individually or with a Bulk Update across many panels at once, which turns a fleet-wide update from a week of truck rolls into an afternoon of remote work. Dealer Admin also controls customer app permissions and the optional features (like sensor-activity notifications) that appear in Virtual Keypad.

Entré

For enterprise and integrated installations, Entré is DMP's premises and access-control software. It centralizes access management, monitoring, and integration across larger or multi-building deployments — credential management, door schedules, alarm monitoring, and integration with video and other systems — in a single operator environment. Where Dealer Admin manages the dealer's account base, Entré runs the customer's enterprise security operation.

Why it matters

The remote-management story is the business case. Dealer Admin lets PDI activate, program, diagnose, and bulk-update without dispatching a tech, and Entré gives enterprise customers a serious command platform — together covering the full range from a single small panel to a campus-wide access deployment.
